I pick every product myself, write the descriptions myself, and handle every order by hand. There's no warehouse team and no call center, just one person choosing gear I'd buy for my own dog.
Why so few products
The catalog stays short on purpose. Each product earns its place: something I'd trust with my own dog, at a price that makes sense. A short list I stand behind beats a long list I don't.
Honest about delivery
Products ship from overseas partners, so delivery takes 2 to 4 weeks, not two days. That's the tradeoff for fair prices and a small shop with no markup for a warehouse down the road. Every product page says this up front, not in fine print.
