Delivery time
We place the order with our supplier by hand, usually within a day or two. Transit then takes 2 to 4 weeks, fully tracked. Most orders arrive on the earlier end; remote addresses may take a little longer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after the label is created.
Free delivery
Every order ships free. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
If it's been four weeks
If your order hasn't arrived after four weeks, contact us and we'll sort it out.
