Not right? Tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right, either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Damaged or wrong products
If a product arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, send a photo and a brief description. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
How to start a return
Email hello@lifeisdogs.com with your order details, or use the contact page. You don't need to ship anything back unless we ask you to, in most cases we can resolve the issue without that.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued via PayPal and typically appear within two to five business days after we process them.
